just keeps getting better....

ASL Guide Nick & client Brant Smith

ASL Guide Jimmy & client Bruce Marshall

As you can see, especially those who are on their way up in the near future, fishing is very good.  We have had erratic weather this Fall with winds reaching up to 110 mph in Anchorage and surrounding areas, flooding rains and of course the spectacular crystal clear Fall days with electric colors we wait all season for.  Despite what Mother Nature has thrown at us we have managed, quite well I might add, to hook into the line-ripping, all mighty, Kvichak River Rainbow's.  Stay tuned for the next few weeks.......

Some individuals attract lightning, some attract mosquitos, some attract bears.  This client, Tom Cole, for the last 3 out of 4 years has come to the lodge and attracted a 31.50 inch rainbow Trout, everytime.  That's some serious magnetism.

Here is a nice shot of ASL Guide, Schylar and Tom happily displaying this magnificent fish.
