This is Denali's first year at the lodge as an adult...last year he was just a little pup (that looked like a miniature white polar bear) getting into all kinds of trouble. We shipped him off to military school in November of last year...well... really it was a beautiful Orvis Endorsed hunting program for dogs outside of Salt Lake City, UT. When he returned to us he was a "hunt em up" machine...still had his bundle of energy with lots of lovable puppy charm-but when it comes to bird biz, it's serious biz. Here he is hunting with Brian for a few Ptarmigan this past weekend...obviously he's pretty proud of himself on this day.Monday, August 16, 2010
